1. General Terms

berbdt (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, payments and communications on the platform.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3.2 Account Uniqueness

A person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use your account, account funds or bonuses is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the berbdt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved in specific cases.

4.3 Cancelled Withdrawals

In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, berbdt reserves the right to delay or cancel the withdrawal process. Additional verification information may be requested in such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

berbdt offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus — total ৳3,000. Or a ৳22,000 deposit earns a ৳20,000 bonus — total ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in wagers. The bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement is not met.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A user may participate in each promotion only once.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• berbdt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Separate bonus and cashback terms apply for VIP members.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the berbdt platform are governed by the applicable game rules and these terms and conditions. A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless required due to a technical error.

6.2 Faulty Games or Transactions

In the event of an incorrect win or loss amount due to a technical error, berbdt reserves the right to correct the relevant transaction. Exploiting technical errors is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

6.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a game, the data recorded in the berbdt system will be considered final. Any complaint of this nature must be submitted through support within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account cancellation:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Any form of fraud, deception or manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Operating or accessing another person's account.
• Registering or completing verification with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions by violating their terms.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users of the platform.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes.

8. Privacy and Security
